Focusing on your destination can help drive you and keep you on track. But the journey is where all of the exciting stuff happens. It’s also where all the trials and tribulations occur – along the way.
You will make mistakes. You will suffer setbacks, and often wonder, is all this hard work is worth it? Those mistakes – are stumbling blocks – that will trip you up along the way. But they are also the building blocks of your future. And when you learn from your mistakes, you grow as a person. That’s when the stumbling blocks transform into building blocks and set the foundation for your future success. So, take the time to stop and ‘appreciate where you are in your journey, even if it’s not where you want to be. Every season serves a purpose’ – Unknown.
